Yoga can take you to the depths of spiritual realisation and also make you beautifully toned, lean and fit depending on which style you choose!

By remaining aware of our breath and posture in our daily lives, we can experience drastic changes in the subjective quality of our experience.

Most yoga tends to be a very low impact form of exercise. This is beneficial because your body gets a work out without suffering any undue amount of wear and tear.

To enhance the effects of great fitness, yoga has a dietary element that has been honed over millennia which I can help you with. Yoga's holistic nature, benefiting mind, body, and soul, makes it the ideal and economical practice for our modern world.

Scheduled Small Group Classes

Why choose small group classes?

Small group classes are a great way to deepen your practice. Working in a smaller group gives you the opportunity to have a more personal experience. This will ensure you are working towards lengthening & strengthening all the correct muscles. Classes begin with breath awareness, followed by a warm up. A series of postures, individually chosen for those taking part, is introduced and practiced. At the end of the class we will finish with relaxation to leave you feeling calm and stress free.

Students are encouraged to listen to their body and to work according to what their bodies needs.

Private Classes

Why choose private yoga classes?

If you prefer a more personal, focused experience at a time that suites you then my private 1-to-1/couples classes are just for you.

If you are intimidated by the thought of a yoga class experience but are wanting to gain true flexibility or you are an athlete/fitness fanatic looking to up your game, I will provide an individual integrated fitness and Yoga workout program especially for you.

I will assess you as an individual and combine yoga with other aspects of fitness to improve body functioning, remove bad habits and give you the tools to lead a healthy happy lifestyle.
