Massage therapy can help alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in the body’s soft tissues during physical activity.

Injuries occur, due to over exertion and/or overuse of certain muscles. Whether your a sports person, keep-fitter or you have postural stress caused by office work or a physical demanding job then sports massage therapy can help you feel brand new again. It can really help prevent those niggling injuries that so often get in the way of performance.

Postural Assessments

Identifies any imbalances that may be causing (or likely to cause) musculo-skeletal problems. Using a variety of techniques combined with stretching and strengthening exercises, I can assist in improving your posture. As an experienced personal trainer I can also provide one-on-one sessions to help with your rehabilitation.

Pre-event Massage Therapy

This is used to help to keep muscles supple and toned. It helps to keep joints mobile and helps to improve sporting performance and flexibility. Pre-event sports massage can help to reduce the risk of injury from sprains, strains and muscle tears.

Corporate World Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy has also become widely used in the corporate world, as a way for companies to assess and treat many work related problems, such as back pain and what is commonly known as 'repetitive strain injury'.
